Phenom Illinois is a non-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to helping players 13 years-old through college achieve their personal goals. We are committed to the development of life skills by reinforcing proper work ethic through training and competition. We emphasize integrity, accountability, leadership, team work and sportsmanship. Our goal throughout our multi-year development process is to enhance our player opportunities on and off the field.
