Phenom Illinois is a non-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to helping players 13 years-old through college achieve their personal goals. We are committed to the development of baseball and life skills through training and competition. We emphasize work ethic, integrity, accountability, leadership, team work and sportsmanship. Our goal throughout our multi-year development process is to enhance our player opportunities on and off the field.

The Phenom vision is to help develop High School Varsity Athletes, and advance them to College and other future endeavors.
